Chill My Wallet helps people pause before non-essential purchases. Opinions and automatic rule-based notes are conversation starters. They do not approve transactions, access your bank, or replace professional financial advice. You make the purchase decision.

Keep it about the purchase

Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, spam, scams, illegal content, or someone else’s personal information. Share only images and text you have the right to share. Do not impersonate someone or create accounts to manipulate a vote.

Choose your audience

Public requests and their replies can be read and shared by anyone. Link-only requests can be read by anyone who receives the link. Group requests can be read by current and future members. Do not include account numbers, addresses, or other sensitive details. These spaces are for discussion; they are not confidential storage.

Accounts and contributions

Keep your account and requester links secure. You retain ownership of what you post and allow us to store and display it to the audience you choose. Other people may copy publicly shared material. You may remove your own comments or delete your requests; deleting a request also removes its discussion from the service.

Reports and moderation

Use Report on a request or comment to flag a problem. We may hide content that violates these rules. Blocking hides an account’s posts and comments from your signed-in views and restricts direct interactions; it does not stop someone reading public content while signed out.
